This walk will be similar to the highly successful guided walk led by Alice as part of the Killiney on the Move event on 26th May. The highlights include THE Druidâs Chair monument (not the pub!), Killiney Village, Cill InĂon LĂ©inĂn, Martello Tower number 7 and other local monuments.
This walk through Killiney Hill Park visits the iconic Killiney Obelisk erected by John Mapas in June 1742, the Wishing Stone of 1852, Bourchierâs Obelisk c.1796 and a host of other points of interest dotted around Robert Warrenâs Estate which extended from Killiney Castle to the coast.

Via the Burmah Road we visit the Dalkey quarries and then on to Ardbrugh Labourers Village, the Metals, Torca Road and back to Killiney Park along âThe Green Roadâ.

The KVRA have hosted Street Feast since 2015 and invite you to join our 2024 event. We ask you to bring your own plate, cutlery, glass and drink of choice.
