Ruaírí Ó’Dúlaing, Senior Parks Superintendent reported on the surveys of the fire damage on Mullins Hill and discussed proposals for future management and safety of the area with residents. This meeting took place on February 17th in The Druid’s Chair. With the participation of local and international experts, Ruaírí took us through the studies which were carried out in relation to fire risk. The results of these studies have been used to determine the necessary mitigating measures which are currently being implemented on the hill.
