Killiney Historical Society (KHS) will be hosting a summer event in the village in May 2024 on the theme of ‘Transport in Killiney over the years.’ We are looking for photographs, stories, memorabilia and anything else relevant to the Killiney/Ballybrack area. All forms of transport including trains, buses, cars, bikes, horse & cart etc. will be covered. Residents and others who are happy to give us permission to use their photos in our exhibition should contact Michael McShane via killineyhistory.ie. We will arrange to have items scanned and all originals will be returned to owners. We are also looking for transport related articles to be published in our first KHS Journal.
